5. Is there any warranty on your used equipment ?
All of our used equipment has been refurbished or completely checked by out technicians, and comes with a standard 90 day warranty.
6.Who are your suppliers?
Our suppliers range from large manufacturers names to local hometown suppliers within the US and Internationally, and let’s not forget the individual sellers we also support. Our goal is to find whatever you are looking for wherever it is.
7. What are your Terms and Conditions ?
Payment in advance by Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Checks, Money Orders and Paypal. International credit card facilities subject to discretion of Management.
8. What makes doing business with you different from anyone else ?
Good Question… Our business is really a service business even though we are selling a product. We provide the service of helping you source ALL your Ophthalmic and Optical equipment and supplies from one place without taking a finder’s fee. What you buy from us will be the same price listed from the Manufacture, and in some instances we may even be better.
9. How are you able to keep your prices competitive ?
WE BUY RIGHT and we keep our overhead as low as possible. 11. Is there anything else that I need to know ? Yes, prices are subject to change. If there is something we have quoted which you would like to secure, please provide us with a 50% deposit. This is relevant to Used Equipment.
